Throughout the night, Nick will guide you through each wine, sharing the story behind Nashdale Lane Wines and the art of pairing each varietal with the carefully selected courses. The intimate setting will allow you to gain insight into the intricacies of wine tasting and food pairing, while indulging in dishes crafted by Chef Nicole, showcasing the talented indiviuals the Orange region has to offer.
As the night comes to a close, Chef Nicole will take the stage to speak about her creative process and the inspiration behind the dishes, offering a personal touch to your dining experience.
