WEEKEND COMPETITION CHANGES
Attention members.
Unfortunately, due to the rain overnight, we have had to make some alterations to the competition play over the weekend.
In terms of tomorrow's play:
The course will be reduced to 16 holes with holes 14 and 15 out of play. Each team will receive 2 points on each hole. From the 13th green you will simply move across to the 16th tee.
The 2nd round of the Banjo Patterson Plate will still go ahead, with the tournament essentially reduced to 34 holes.
Carts are allowed, however cart users will be given a notice when paying their competition fees in regards to where to drive etc.
In terms of Sunday's Stableford competition:
The course will be reduced to 16 holes, with holes 14 and 15 out of play.
Carts are allowed, however, cart users will be given a notice when paying their competition fees in regards to where to drive etc.
Other than competition play, there will be no carts allowed on the golf course. Anyone seen on the course in a cart who isn't playing in either competition will face disciplinary action.
This situation will be reviewed on Monday. Thank you.
